oh my goodness!

Well, I never due to Mr Blogger playing at silly billies last weekend we are super late announcing the winner of our monthly prize.
Actually, we can't put the blame fully on Mr Blogger as there have been all sorts of rumblings and commotions happening here in the dark and damp corridors of Humbug Hall.  Some of our old walls were in dire need of a new coat of plaster.  Eeek,  now as anyone who has ever had any plastering work done will know letting a plasterer into your home is a very risky business and is not at all advisable if you want to stay sane.
Oh the mess of thick dust and dampness everywhere - unbelievable!  At one stage not only could we not see to do any crafting it was also getting quite difficult to breath.  Both Max and I think it was this that led to the hounds making their escape from the Hall.
I mean who could blame them?  We wanted to leave the building too.  Must admit though it was a very worrying time and a total relief when we caught up with them at the services just outside Newcastle.  Phew, panic over.
Oh must stop rambling and get on to announcing our randomly chosen winner of the month who is ...
Drumroll please...

Yeah, well done Hazel please can you send us an email with your address as soon as possible and we will get your prize sent out to you.  Promise to remove the plaster dust before posting.

For those who would like to join this week's challenge of 'Snowflakes' please click HERE to enter and also see the fab work of our guest designers.

  3. WooHoo Hazel! Lucky you! I don't know about plasterers, but the folks next door have had jack hammers going morning 'til night for at least 4 days due to pool renovations. I can hardly hear myself think! I little plaster dust sounds kinda nice in comparison. LOL Just kidding! What a mess! xxD
